A new insulated concrete masonry unit from OldCastle. Renderings are intended to demonstrate how the product goes together and what the products are. The complexity of the units made this project challenging and rewarding.
A high resolution 3d photorealistic detail showing the intersection of a roof and wall system. Emphasis was on maintaining the integrity of the moisture and vapor barriers. This is a difficult detailing situation, and by hashing it out for architects, Firestone is providing more than just products, they are providing a service and trying to take a little bit of that stress-level off of their customers.
This combination of rigid insulation and spray foam is being marketed as a system. The details allow this to happen in a beautiful and evocative manner.
Polished chamfered cast stone units which have a high gloss polish. Client needed high resolution renderings for catalogs and brochures. The client sent me photographs of the actual texture of the product and some dimensions, and this was the result. Much faster and easier than a photography shoot.
